If your item/s arrive damaged:
I will happily send out replacements if for whatever reason any of the items in your order arrive damaged. You have 28 days from the dispatch date to contact me.
A photograph of the damaged item/s will have to be provided, for this process to take place.
Exchanges/refunds will only be made, if I am unable to send out a replacement, i.e the item you ordered is currently out of stock and I’m unable to get another one sent out to you on my next posting day.
28 day product guarantee. You have 28 days from the dispatch date to contact me if your product breaks, though this is highly unlikely, I will happily replace any item completely free of charge.
Please be aware that a photo will need to be provided of the broken product for this process to take place.
Please note, that these are the only conditions for which any item/s is to be returned/replaced.
'Freebies' will not be replaced if they arrived damaged. These have no accounted for value so no claim will be able to be made, they are also usually stock clearance items, meaning theres a very limited number available.
